Member must be present to vote. No member shall have the right to vote at any annual, regular or special meeting of the Association unless he or she shall be in good standing. 1. Be engaged primarily in the business of salvage, recycling, repairing, leasing, or selling motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts; or 2. Must be an eligible member's employee working full time in the business of salvaging, recycling, repairing, leasing, or selling motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts. 3. Every member must either be licensed or be an employee of a person who is licensed as a wrecker or salvage dealer by the State of Nebraska.
